Nagisa no Eki Tateyama

Nagisa no Eki Tateyama is a tourist facility that has been welcoming visitors since 2012. It houses an observation deck that offers a spectacular view of Tateyama Bay and Mt. Fuji, as well as the Tateyama Sunset Pier, the longest pier in Japan that jets out 500 meters into the ocean.

Visitors can also learn about the approximately 70 species that live in Tateyama Bay at the Seaside Plaza, shop for and eat a variety of local produce at the Umi no Marche Tateyama and Tateyama Nagisa Shokudo restaurant, and absorb the history of the area by walking around a museum that introduces the maritime folk culture.
